Mary Poppins Knew

Hello from lovely London! We arrived! It's so beautiful. I admit I was a bit nervous for the long flight over the ocean...but actually it was very fun. They gave us these funny little eye blinders, socks and a toothbrush for free! I started to watch a movie, but then I just fell asleep and the next thing I knew we were in London.

So far, I believe that the British accent is a myth. Everyone we've talked to today (with rare exception)...and this includes all ticket people, immigration officers and sales clerks are from India or Pakistan or something. Laughing. And although the people are lovely, it seems that they haven't quiet mastered the concept of refridgeration. So they go food shopping three times a day.

Also I ate the most delicious chocolate I have ever eaten in my whole life today. Truely! I'm a bit lost, so I don't really know how to get back to that shop, but I am determined to send some home. It is my new favorite food.

Well, I'm feeling pretty tired. I love you guys! I miss you.

Happy Birthday Delly! I hope you ate an extra piece of cake for me and Shawn! We sure love you. I'm the luckest sister in the world. And I hope Phil is lighting fires, tying knots and fishing to his hearts content. (I hope you rub off on some of the little guys...that could only be a good thing).

Love,
Cole
