Waipio Valley and Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! This was the first Thanksgiving I cooked solo. It went well. We had a low key dinner just a few friends over. I posted a picture of our dinner. Today we went exploring and saw Wiapio Valley which was just gorgeous! If we had a 4 wheel drive we could drive down into it. Eli wouldn't let me take a picture of him but he was there too. I love our island it is big and there are so many things to do. There are still lots of things we haven't seen or done yet. For example I discovered a real craft store on the way to Waipio in the small town of Waimea. It was a Ben Franklin and it was just like a store on the main land with a real selection it was very exciting. Not as exciting as Waipio Valley but it put a smile on my face. Lots of love to you all. Cole... I see your count down is getting closer and closer. Lucky you guys!

I'm glad dinner went well for you it looked like it was GREAT! Good job cooking! We missed having you guys here. But I'm glad that your getting a chance to see the sites. I'm so glad that you take pictures so I can see what you guys have been doing. And tell Eli that somedays I don't want my picture taken either so I know how he feels.

Wow you guys look like you are having TOO much fun! We wish that we were down there. It is so cold here. It's been in the teens, windy and snowy here all day. I think it's time we move south!!!
