Birthday Season

Well we are nearing the end of "Birthday Season" for our family and I think we may have cake and frosting running through our veins. Tis the season when I turn myself into a master cake decorator. It began last Saturday with Star Wars and pretty pink cupcakes for the kid's party. Then Saturday I made a Star Wars cake for Eli. It had Yoda with a light saber on the top of it and I did it in green and gray colors and wrote "may the forse be with you Eli" on the top. It looked pretty cool. Then more cupcakes for my friend Tina's baby shower. I hope you don't mind me posting a picture of my latest masterpiece- Eve's cake. I made a tea pot today for her. She had a little "tea party" with her friends. I was really happy with it. I'm not very good at writing on cakes yet. I would love to take a class and actually learn how to do it. So now I'm thinking - what should I make for Fathers Day... cake? We are so caked out no one really ate any of Eve's cake.

We went to the beach today for Eve's birthday and then to Bubba Gumps- where I used to work- I put a picture of the kids outside of the restaurant. It was a fun day. My camera was broke on Eli's birthday but Tina took pictures so when she gives them to me I'll post them. Anyway- we love you all lots and can't wait to see you all soon!
