I learned a couple of chocolate recipes today! I made rose truffles, sugar-free truffles, chocolate oyster boxes, packed rose-milk chocolate wafers, chocolate lollies and salty carmels. Tina (a rather gruff, ancient Italian lady at work) made us Italian minestrone soup for lunch. The commute to the kitchen is killer, but I love working in the kitchen. I don't like to eat chocolate as much as I used to...I still love the smell. Shawn recorded an entire song this afternoon...I accidently took both sets of house keys to work (rats), so he was trapped. I deserved a cross-eyed glare for that one, but he gave me a kiss instead.
