Well we finally got ourselves a little boy puppy. Eli's been asking for a puppy just about since the time he could say puppy and we are in puppy heaven over here. Eli told me I was the best mom in the whole wide world! Yeah me, I know how to get compliments- buy a puppy! His name is Rusty although Eli wants to name him Rex because his teeth are sharp like a T- Rex but I think Daddy is going to win and he will be Rusty. His is a very mellow little guy and seams pretty smart. He is only 6 weeks old and I'm surprised how much like a little person infant he is. The great part about the dog though is Lance gets up with him in the night and I am not needed- love that!

He is SOOOO cute! I mean he is a manly man's dog. I still marvel at how excited children get with puppy's. Labs are amazingly smart...just hide your shoes when he's teething.
He is SOOOOO cute!!! I agree he does look like a manly man's dog! Labs are perfect for kids!!!! And smart!!! I have to say as much as we love our little dog and their "little" messes we miss our Lab! They are so great! I am a little jelouse! VERY CUTE! I think Rex or Rusty sound really cute as names!!!! LOVE IT!
