Hunting... second try....

Well second try was better then the first! The boys took Friday off and we headed out to the moutain bright and early. It really was so fun. It was a beautiful day, beautiful country and good company. It was a great date too! I spent a lot of the day hugging on my husband from the back of the 4 wheeler. I really never thought I would be a hunter but it was a blast! I look forward to more trips in the future. I told Lance we need to get more tags next year. Elk and Antelope too! Here we are on the four wheeler. Just the four wheeler ride alone was worth the trip. We went over a lot of terraine. What we couldn't 4 wheel to we walked. We walked A LOT! Up a bunch of mountains and hills. I"m glad I got my exercise in!

I was trying to snap a picture of Gabe- he hates pictures. HA! But I did get a cool picture of him!
Here is the rattle snake I almost stepped on... creepy!
And here is my deer. We all shot... but only I hit! Yeah me! From 400 yards!
The kids think I rock! Since Lance, Gabe and Julie didn't get anything they are out again Thursday better luck to them! Hopefully they come home with something!

What a perfect day! I'm so glad you put it on the blog so we all could remember some of the reasons we love Wyoming (winter is coming so it's good to have the reminder)Yikes..I didn't know you went Rattlesnake hunting, too.
