Merry Christmas

Dad has been working soo hard on the stairs and railing of the new house. For Christmas, he got them finished! They are gorgeous. He worked all Christmas eve to get the stain and Tung oil finish on it and with the finish it picked up the rich warm tones of the wood. Take a look at how pretty they are now.

Phil couldn't call home because of all the missionaries in the MTC. He dropped just a short note. I'll send it on to you. We had a wonderful Christmas. Virginia joined Steve and brought Iris and Elenor so we could enjoy them and they could have fun with their cousins. Dave missed Phil but was a good sport and had fun with Steve and the grandkids. It is tough being the last little chick in the nest. We are so lucky to have Lance's family close and we have enjoyed Steve's viserRwhile he has worked with Doctors here.

Merry Birthday, Adelle. We love you.

Sending all our love to all of you, Mom
