Soccer

Soccer started today and it was ohh sooo exciting. Check out this handsome soccer player. We signed him up for it over a month ago and he was so excited because he was going to get to wear "big socks" and a shirt that would help him "win the game!" It was all we could talk about for a while and then last night when I told him tomorrow was the day- he said he didn't like soccer and didn't want to go. What? I don't think so! As with all things, it seams, Eli was a little scared and nervous at first and he just cried that wanted to go home, but eventually he went out and played and had a good time. Eve had just as much fun and wished she could be out there playing. I include a picture of her in Eli's cleats and shin guards she was playing dress up with. Apparently, like most things in life, Eve doesn't think soccer require pants.
